• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior within the game or community.
• Infringe upon GreatestSRO's intellectual property or that of any third party.

Violations may lead to suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action.

The Services may provide opportunities to earn or purchase virtual in-game currency ("Greatest Cash") and other digital items ("Virtual Items").

By using or purchasing these, you agree that:

• Virtual Currency and Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, or services outside GreatestSRO.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, under all circumstances.
• Selling, trading, gifting, or transferring Virtual Items outside in-game systems is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
• You do not own Virtual Items or Virtual Currency; you only receive a limited license to use them in the Services.
• GreatestSRO is not responsible for loss of Virtual Currency or Virtual Items due to hacking, account compromise, technical issues, or unauthorized access.
• We may change availability, price, or functionality of Virtual Currency or Virtual Items at any time.

Payments for Greatest Cash or premium features may be handled through approved third-party payment processors.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method,
• You accept the terms and policies of the payment processor,
• GreatestSRO does not store or control your payment information.

All payment disputes must be handled through the payment provider.

Technical updates, maintenance, bugs, or critical issues may require a roll-back—a restore of the game to an earlier state.

You acknowledge that:

• Progress, items, achievements, and rankings lost during a roll-back cannot be restored.
• Purchases made during the affected period will be reissued, not refunded.
• GreatestSRO may offer compensation at its discretion, but is not obligated to do so.
• Participation in beta testing may involve full or partial wipes of accounts, items, or progress.

You are solely responsible for all content you post on our forums, Discord, social media, or other community spaces ("User Content").

You agree not to post or engage in:

• Offensive, harmful, vulgar, racist, or illegal content,
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying,
• Spam, advertisements, phishing, or malicious links,
• Personal information about other players or staff.

GreatestSRO reserves the right to moderate, remove, or act against any User Content or user behavior that violates these Terms.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

GreatestSRO does not guarantee that:

• The Services will run without interruption, lag, downtime, or errors,
• Bugs or issues will be fixed immediately,
• The Services will operate properly on all devices or software setups.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreatestSRO is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
• Loss of accounts, items, Virtual Currency, or progress,
• Issues caused by third-party tools, payment systems, or service providers,
• Actions or behavior of other players or third parties.

Your use of the Services is solely at your own risk.

GreatestSRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

• For violating these Terms,
• For cheating, exploiting, scamming, or harmful behavior,
• If the Services are discontinued or restructured,
• For any reason, with or without notice.

You may request voluntary account termination at any time.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you expire, and no refunds or item restorations will be issued.

By providing your contact information (email, phone, Discord, etc.), you consent to receive:

• Service-related announcements,
• Game updates and maintenance notices,
• Event or promotional notifications,
• Security and account-related communications.

Your information remains confidential and is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
